FUNERAL COSTS

Statutory Parochial Fees for funerals are listed on the ‘Table of Parochial Fee list – 2020’ as issued by Ely Dioceses and are reviewed annually. The church fees are set by All Saints’ Church PCC and are reviewed annually.

The church fees are mandatory (except where indicated) and are in addition to the appropriate statutory parochial fee.

Funerals and burials of Person aged 16 years or more - Parochial Fees 2020

Service in church

£199 – Service (in church, cemetery or crematorium)

£318 – Burial of body or burial or other lawful disposal of body, in graveyard immediately preceding or following on from service in church

£28 – Burial of body or burial or other lawful disposal of cremated remains, in cemetery immediately preceding or following on from service in church

£28 – Cremation immediately preceding or following on from service in church

£136 – Burial or other lawful disposal of cremated remains in churchyard immediately preceding or following on from service in church

£165 – Burial of cremated remains in churchyard or other lawful disposal of cremated remains on separate occasion

£70 – Burial of body or burial or other lawful disposal of cremated remains, in cemetery on separate occasion

No service in church

£231 – Funeral service (including burial or other lawful disposal of cremated remains) at graveside in churchyard

£199 – Funeral service (including burial or other lawful disposal of cremated remains) at graveside in cemetery

£165 – Burial of cremated remains in churchyard or other lawful disposal of cremated remains (committal only)

£14 – Certificate issued at time of burial

£30 – Use of organ or piano by your own musician (If required)

£42 – Verger

£53 – A/V system & sound operator *

£53 – Zoom operator *

£75 – Zoom system & live broadcast (up to 95 connections) *

£56 – Heating (October to April or if requested / required May to September)

£25 – Entry in the book of remembrance (optional)

Note *: The fee for the A/V system, Zoom system and operators covers the use of our A/V system, Zoom system, video cameras, radio, hand and stand microphones, hearing loop, all music in addition to the organ/piano, live video broadcast and display of any pre-recorded video, photos & PowerPoint slides. Operators to select, switch and adjust the live video / zoom feeds and microphone sound levels during the service and operate the computerised AV & Zoom broadcast system.
